The MCEA Conference Center is available for use by school groups, MCPS departments and divisions, colleges and universities, non-profit organizations, joint labor-management work groups, local schools, PTAs, and other county employee labor unions and professional organizations. Communications:
Network connections are available in each room, for live internet interactive presentations and workshops. The Board Room also has a phone line for teleconferencing. Four internet access PCs are accessible in the lobby communications center, along with a four-phone phone bank. PCs have MS Internet Explorer and MCPS Outlook Email System. The full Center is now also equipped for wireless internet access.
Audiovisual Equipment:
Overhead projectors, VCRs and monitors, LCD projector (laptop not included). Use of AV equipment must be scheduled in advance.
